The best staff and veterinarian I have ever experienced! Brought my two cats in and the second we walked in, we were greeted with a little welcome sign and the staff saying hello to my kitties. You can tell everyone there is an animal lover and is very compassionate, which is hard to find in my opinion. Dr Williams explained everything while she was examining my cats and you can tell she is very knowledgeable. She answered every question we had and even referred us to a few websites on felines. I would 100% go back and recommend their services to anyone who wants a friendly, caring staff.

I just returned from the vet after one of our cats took a sudden turn for the worse. I called after hours and was surprised to get right though to Dr. Brar. After explaining the situation he immediately offered to come back into work at 10pm that night. We met him there, he explained everything incredibly clearly and offered compassion when he could have easily been frustrated or annoyed at having to cancel plans with friends. We could not be more appreciative of his efforts and while I would not expect this level of service for every situation, when it mattered most the service was there in spades.
