I couldn't ask for a better service for my 4 legged children. I have 2 cats 2 dogs and 2 horses and they all have been seen and given the upmost professional care. They are very compassionate to my babies and they always make sure i never miss an appointment with emails or they will message me through the pet pro app where i can see details of their visits and upcoming checks. I have been going to this vet for at least 10 years or better through good times and bad they have always done their best to help any way they can. Thank you New Waverley Vet!!!!

I have 5 yr old and 8 yr old goldendoodles who have only seen Dr. Kim (and occasionally Dr. Steve) their whole lives. Through good nutrition advice, conservative allergy management and vaccination (my older dog has been having titers drawn instead of vaccinating him unnecessarily) and thorough yearly physicals they have kept our dogs healthy and happy. Dr. Kim is always knowledgeable regarding new dog health studies and research. The entire clinic staff, Melissa, Chelsea, Charissa, Bailey and everyone else are amazing! You can tell these folks love animals and their jobs!

Best vet clinic in Texas. Punctual, efficient, responsive without any rush. Dr. Steve is always on schedule and he and his staff are always willing to answer questions and provide information.

We went there to see what was ailing our 12 year pitty. He had previously been very weary of strangers, and we informed the staff of these before hand. The staff was very welcoming and surprisingly Tank warmed up to them as soon as we walked in. Unfortunately it was discovered that he had bone cancer. Dr. Steve took his time and explained all our options. Sadly we had to say good bye to our beloved Tank that day. The compassion and understanding from the whole staff was very appreciated and heart warming. We will definitely being using them again for all future pet needs.

They didn’t even know me or my precious dog but they worked me in, even though they were swamped with emergencies that day, they called to check on me while I was waiting to get in, I seriously was treated like family, like they had known us forever. I ended up having to make the toughest decision of my life but they were kind, caring, compassionate, and they went the extra mile to make it as peaceful as possible, for me and my baby. They are affordable and at this clinic they really care, it’s how vet care used to be. Dr. Kim, Alyssa and Megan thank you so much for everything.

My cat had a life threatening medical emergency during the 2021 winter storm and Dr. Steve and Dr. Kim met me after hours and took my cat in on short notice. They saved his life literally in the middle of power outages and icy winter conditions. Their staff take such good care of my dogs as well, and their prices are reasonable and the clinic is friendly and clean. Nice, professional, caring, and all around AMAZING place for your pets! Cannot say enough. They are awesome.

We recently moved to Texas from Louisiana. We were given their name from Neighbors. We had our puppy and older Lab vaccinated. When it came time to put my 14 yo cat down, even though they never saw her, they fit me in for that horrible day we all wish would never come. Then I received paw prints of my Kitty in the mail. What a touching thing to do. Thanks Dr. Kim and Staff.

New to the area and looking for a very knowledgeable and caring vet and staff ? Look no further! Nancy at front desk is awesome Megan is one of the vet technicians and Dr. Kim one of the veterinarians are very kind, ask the right questions, and listen to you to get your pet on its way to recovery when needed! Brought my dog in for treatment for an ear infection and is doing very well with his treatment also I feel pricing is very fair!

Dr Kim and staff are all absolutely fabulous. They took a grim situation with one of our kitties and turned it around to a happy ending. They were all so helpful, professional, loving, and most of all... so patient with me since I am totally clueless about taking care of a sick animal. We highly recommend them!!! Sam, our kitty recommends them as well!!!

Dr Steve is AMAZING!! Very honest and answered my 836382 questions. He was quick when examining my horse BUT he was VERY thorough. He is Very personable! Doesn’t make you feel uncomfortable. Truly wants the best for you and your horse (animals). The prices are affordable and you won’t have to donate a kidney to get your babies help. The staff is always super nice and helpful. I am picky when it comes to my animals and not once did I feel uncomfortable. I will be using new Waverly vet in the future.
