The staff is very friendly and flexible...the doctors have even been available by phone in emergencies after hours. I've taken all 4 of my pets there for several years and have always had excellent service.

11-16 I just called to set up an appointment for my kitties. They were vey pleasant and accomodating on the phone. They were also very informative regarding what estimated charges would be as well as asking for any records I may have. I hope this positiveness continues throughtout the appointment!
