Whole Pet Veterinary Center
(978) 692-4328

In light of recent events, we wanted to keep you, our Whole Pet family, updated during this time. First and foremost, we will be continuing to see patients. We feel that it is important that our patients receive the care that they need, and so we will continue to provide that care as long as we are able.

With that being said, we are adjusting our hours moving forward, from now through April 7th:

- We will still be here for our regularly scheduled hours Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
- We will be here for half days on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 8:00 to 1:00.

In an effort to limit the amount of traffic in and our of our hospital while still providing exceptional care to our patients, we have established the following protocols until further notice:
- All visits will be curbside pick-up/drop-off of all patients except for extenuating circumstances. At the time of your pet's appointment, please call the office when you arrive. One of the technicians will triage your appointment over the phone with you and collect a history, then they will greet you and your pet outside of the building. Our medical team will perform their physical exam and any other diagnostics necessary, then the doctor on duty will call you to discuss their findings. If any additional testing/diagnostics are necessary, we will discuss that plan with you prior to proceeding. Once your pet is ready to go home, our client care specialists will call you to provide payment over the phone, and then one of the technicians will bring your pet outside to you.
- We will be offering remote consultation appointment options when appropriate. If our medical team determines that your concern is something that could be addressed via phone or video conferencing, we would be happy to do so. This is in an effort to keep you and your family safe at home while still taking care of your pet's needs.
- We will not be scheduling any more routine wellness or vaccine visits for existing clients until after April 7th.
- Any previously scheduled wellness appointments will be continuing as planned.
- Any previously scheduled surgeries/procedures will be continuing as planned.
Prescription pick up will remain available during the hours that we are open. Please call from your car and a technician will bring your pet's medication/food out to you.

As always, if you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to call our office at 978-692-4328. We will be happy to answer any questions that you may have and help you navigate these difficult times.

Stay safe,
The Team at Whole Pet Veterinary Center
