We are excited to announce that after nearly three decades of paper records, we are upgrading our hospital to a modern, digital platform!   

As we transition to this new software, please understand there may be delays in returning your messages and refilling your pet's prescription. Please allow advanced notice for prescription refills needed for your pet while we shift to our new system. 

 
  • In-clinic prescription refills typically require 24-72 business hours to process.
  • External medication requests from online pharmacies, such as Petco.com, Chewy.comCostco pharmacy 
    require 72-96 business hours to process.

We appreciate your patience and support while we get up to speed on our new system. Feel free to call us at (530) 753-7580 to place your pet's refill or request a refill online with PetSites.
