Dear Cross Creek Animal Medical Centre friends, 

 
We’re writing to let you know about an upcoming change to the way in which we communicate digitally (text, email, App). 

The company that provides our text messaging, client newsletters, and online pet records (PetSites), is planning to cease operations at the end of June. As a result, we are transitioning to a new digital communications service provider before then.  

You’ll receive an email notification when our new communication platform (VitusVet) is up and running, but in the meantime, we don’t expect you’ll experience any downtime. You’ll continue to be able to contact us via text at (813) 377-2548 while we transition. Our email address will not change.

Once up and running, our new text number will be the same as our main phone number of 813-994-6929. Please do not text us at 813-994-6929 until we alert you, as we will not be able to receive those messages.

We look forward to presenting you with a new, robust, effective and convenient replacement for our digital communications and App. In the meantime, please continue to access your pet’s online records and interact with us as you do now.
