Helpful Hints:

Confirm appointments when you receive the reminder.
Put all appointments on your calendar.
Call from the parking lot upon arrival to check-in.
Hold your dog's leash when in the parking lot & in the hospital.
Leave cats in the carrier on the floor until the technician enters the exam room.
Set your pet's next appointment at discharge.
When bringing a fecal sample, be sure that it is fresh.
Request refills before needed - minimum 24 hours in advance.
