During the ongoing pandemic we will be continuing to utilize our curbside service to ensure the health and safety of our staff and clients and ensure we can continue to provide care to all our patients- this remains to be a top priority for us.
Due to the influx in the volume of people requesting appointments we request a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel our appointment so we can offer it to another patient in need.
ILLNESS CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19, Flu or have had a fever in the last 48 hours we require that you either cancel your appointment or make arrangements for a healthy individual to bring your pet to the clinic.
If you (or a member of your household) are under quarantine in relation to COVID-19, awaiting test results of a COVID-19 test, or have a positive COVID-19 test we require that you arrange alternative transportation of your pet but a non-household family member or cancel your appointment. You must have had no symptoms or fever for 48 hours prior to visiting our clinic even if your quarantine period has ended.
*There will be no cancellation fees for appointments cancelled due to illness or if complying with public and local safety measures.*

- To reduce exposure risk to our staff we are not allowing any clients inside our building. Clients and staff are required to wear adequate covering of the nose and mouth when communicating with team members in person and to maintain 6' distance.
- When you arrive please pull into one of the spots in front of the clinic and call our main phone number 434-990-0491. You can press 1 to check in for your appointment. After check in one of our team members will be out to escort your pet indoors and into their appointment.
- We will be adding a slip lead in most cases as an extra security measure while escorting pets inside. We may also give you specific instructions such as walking with your pet, parking in a different location or meeting us at the door so please listen carefully to instructions from our staff. Please remain on site and available by phone during your pet's visit unless drop off instructions have been given to you.
- We are striving to continue to provide the same elevated level of care we always have throughout these challenging times and appreciate your patience as we continue our curbside services. Your compliance ensures that we can continue to be here to care for your pets.
